John 1 personal pronoun “he” Is retrospective

The phrase with God" can mean God's own Word, his wisdom, plan and self-expression, which was with him in eternity and became flesh in v. 14. Then there's no second God and no second person, only God and his own Word.

“He “ is retrospective

the retrospective reading. John writes after the incarnation, so he uses "he" for the Word the way we say "Lincoln was born in a log cabin," naming the person for what he became. It also ties back to Romans 4:17, since God speaks of the Word as already there before it was manifest. His name is called the word of God.

Let’s throw John 16:28 in there also? I came forth from the Father.

But first,

All things were made by him" (1:3): Once more The Word is the agent  “through “ “for” “by”  and “of “ creation.

By the Logos of God/ Lord were the heavens made and all the  host of them by the breath of his mouth. Psalm 33:6

Jesus said Father the same exact way you sent me into the world even so have I sent these Apostles into the world.

Jesus no more  was pre-existing than the disciples were pre-existing. If you are going to  say Jesus pre-existed because he was “sent into the world “

well  you will also have to say the disciples were sent into the world the same exact way and pre-existed!

1 John 1:2

Once more” he “ is Retrospective and forward looking . Eternal life comes only  through Jesus’s death burial and resurrection  not some second god person.

Read  Titus 1:2 God "promised" eternal life "before the world began." It was a promise held in God's purpose, not a person standing beside him

2 Timothy 1:9-1 Grace "given us in Christ Jesus before the world began" is "now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death." It was in God's plan, then manifested, which matches 1 John 1:2 ("was manifested unto us").

My position on the Logos is that  the Logos cannot be taken from God and is always with God as his power through speech.  Probably why your early trinitarian in the first five English bibles and those scholars chose to call the word  an “it.” Instead of “he”  I am not willing to do that! Because, it is apart of God and is God . But to teach the word is god jr with god sr well ,nothing doing !It is a  pagan  polytheistic  view  Of John 1 and the reading proves it!  The glory “I “

had (as personal pronoun)  does nothing. Jesus said the disciple were sent from God the exact same way he was. So according to trinity doctrine   they pre-existed!  We are dealing with spiritual language and trinity  proof-texts in a vacuum isolation does not prove what they think it does . Once more the Logos is  always with God and is God as his Speech to creat, heal, and even destroy.

The sword  from his mouth imagery (Rev. 19:15, 19:21, Heb. 4:12, Eph. 6:17, Isa. 49:2) adds to this. The Word is shown as an expression and power that proceeds out of God's mouth, so it is God's own action and not something standing beside him.

Rev.19:13 His name (Jesus) is called the word of God. Like his name is called the mighty God and the everlasting Father. Isa. 9:6.

Rev. 19:15: "And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God."

Rev. 19:21: "And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh."

Heb. 4:12: "For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart."

Eph. 6:17: "And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God." I purposely don’t give everything and trinitarians go and consistently grabs things that don’t help them,  like you did.

Isa. 49:2: "And he hath made my mouth like a sharp sword; in the shadow of his hand hath he hid me, and made me a polished shaft; in his quiver hath he hid me."

In Heb. 4:12 and Eph. 6:17, the word of God as a sword is spoken truth and judgment, not a person. That supports my  point that the sword in Rev. 19 is judgment speech. Isa. 49:2 also gives the image in prophecy, where the servant's mouth is made like a sword before he is revealed.
